Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and turbo6c ("turbo6c", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the turbo6c online gaming platform available at https://turbo6c.cam ("Platform") and all associated services, features, content, and applications.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any turbo6c service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

turbo6c is operated under applicable international gaming regulations. Our platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee financial returns from gaming or betting activities.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive offered by turbo6c to Players subject to applicable wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may make their first withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the turbo6c website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications through which gaming services are accessed.
• "Real Money Play" means any gaming or betting activity conducted using funds deposited by the Player.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gambling is prohibited by law or where turbo6c does not hold the necessary licences to offer services.

To register and maintain an Account with turbo6c, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. turbo6c strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino-style gaming and sports betting activities. Age verification is mandatory prior to first withdrawal.
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a third party.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or director of turbo6c or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by turbo6c for breach of these Terms.
• You are of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are playing entirely for your own personal recreational purposes and not in a professional capacity on behalf of any organisation or syndicate.

4.1 Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. turbo6c reserves the right to verify this information at any time.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. turbo6c will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify turbo6c support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation.

4.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and, where requested, proof of address and proof of payment method. This requirement exists to protect against fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

turbo6c supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits, including but not limited to: DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
• turbo6c does not accept deposits from credit cards in jurisdictions where such transactions are restricted by law.
• You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly. Processing delays due to third-party payment providers are beyond turbo6c's direct control.
• turbo6c reserves the right to request proof of payment method as part of the KYC process.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever technically possible. turbo6c reserves the right to apply alternative withdrawal channels in certain circumstances.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes following approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (via FPX / DuitNow to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks) are typically completed within the same business day.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times, which are outside turbo6c's control.
• All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the completion of any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses.
• turbo6c reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals of any amount.

turbo6c offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your Account upon fulfilment of the applicable qualifying conditions (e.g., minimum deposit amount, use of a specific payment method).
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• turbo6c reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification shall not adversely affect bonuses already credited to Players' Accounts.
• Bonuses are personal to the recipient Account and may not be transferred. Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors — will have their bonuses voided and their Accounts reviewed.
• In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.
• All bonus offers are available to Players aged 21 and above only.

All games available on the turbo6c Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

• Game results are final once a round is completed. turbo6c will not reverse completed game outcomes except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, any affected round will be declared void and the stake returned to the Player. turbo6c's determination in such matters is final.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages based on extended periods of play and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market simultaneously to reduce risk or manipulate bonus wagering requirements is prohibited.
• Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change up to the point of the relevant event commencing. turbo6c reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds published in error.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with the proceeds of criminal conduct.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised.
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargebacks, disputed transactions, or payment reversal schemes.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including minors.

turbo6c is firmly committed to the principles of responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player-controlled tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts and automatic session cut-offs to manage your playing time.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed during the applicable period.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, audio-visual content, and game content — are owned by or licensed to turbo6c. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use such intellectual property without the prior written consent of turbo6c.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform for any commercial purpose without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, turbo6c, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage.
• Loss or damage caused by events outside turbo6c's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures, force majeure events, or third-party system failures.
• Any inaccuracy or error in odds, prices, or game results caused by a manifest technical error, where turbo6c has the right to void affected transactions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit turbo6c's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

turbo6c reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour is identified or reasonably suspected.
• A Player is found to be under the age of 21.
• turbo6c is required to do so by law, regulatory directive, or court order.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon permanent Account closure (where not caused by a breach), any verified remaining balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting turbo6c Support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled at the conclusion of the relevant events.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which turbo6c operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through turbo6c's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified in turbo6c's applicable operating licence.

turbo6c endeavours to resolve all Player disputes promptly and fairly through its Customer Support and internal escalation process before any formal proceedings are initiated.

turbo6c reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting Support.
